J. Kevin Stitt,
There are over 150 patents for weather modification and manipulation dating back to 1911. There are chemicals being dumped almost every day that are causing unknown effects to people, animals and the environment. We do not want it in our state. There are both military and private applications being applied and we do not want either one. It is time for you to take action and end this in Oklahoma like New Hampshire and Tennessee has and Texas is in the process.
