SIGN THE PETITION TO DEMAND SENATORS REMOVE PRESIDENT PRO TEM CALEB ROWDEN AND MAJORITY FLOOR LEADER CINDY O’LAUGHLIN FROM LEADERSHIP POSITIONS

Missouri’s Constitution is under attack from out-of-state dark money groups trying to change our Constitution and have begun collecting signatures to make Missouri a PRO-ABORTION state. For the past two legislative sessions, President Pro Tem Senator Caleb Rowden and Majority Floor Leader Senator Cindy O’Laughlin have ignored the will of the voters and are blocking legitimate initiative petition reform to protect their special interest backers.

Missourians, County Republican leaders, grassroots organizations, and legislators have called on the Senate to pass Ratification Reform yet, the Missouri Senate is starting its fourth week of the very important 2024 session, and proposed initiative petition legislation, that could protect Missouri from becoming a pro-abortion state, has not even been referred to a committee for a hearing.

Additionally, Missourians, County Republican leaders, grassroots organizations, and legislators are also expressing disappointment in the conduct and leadership of President Pro Tem Caleb Rowden and Majority Floor Leader Cindy O’Laughlin by referring to members of the Missouri Freedom Caucus and Republican Senate Colleagues as “Legislative Terrorists.”

Missourians, County Republican leaders, grassroots organizations, and legislators realize if we do not pass initiative petition reform using Concurrent Majority Ratification, Missouri could become a pro-abortion, pro-rank choice voting, and pro-red flag laws state.

Therefore, we offer Missourians an opportunity to sign this Petition of No Confidence in President Pro Tem Senator Caleb Rowden and Majority Floor Leader Senator Cindy O’Laughlin to immediately resign their leadership positions and for the Senate to immediately elect new leadership to recast a courageous and conservative vision to create and grow the Republican leadership in our state.
