Under the constitution of the United States of American, and as a citizen, you have rights. In the judicial system concerning imprisonment or jail, there is great need for complete reform. You are innocent until proven guilty, however, for many citizens of the United States, sitting in jails awaiting trial, while their rights are violated and court appointed representation fail them. The opposite is the standard now - guilty and never innocent.
My brother has been sitting in jail awaiting trial since February 17th, 2023 until today. Do the math. 750 plus days and counting. Civil rights violated daily.
How is it that far to many courts have a 98 percent conviction rating? That is simply not possible.
If you agree that the judicial system (jail, courts, judges, etc) need reform or an overhaul, please add your name. Thank You!
