Eligibility of District 2 Commissioner of Lamar County Alabama

The County Commissioner in District 2 allegedly sleeps at and resides with his wife in the State of Mississippi even though he retains a residence in his district. We the undersigned believe this is a violation of the intent of Alabama State Law covering this issue making him ineligible to hold office as County Commissioner.

We the undersigned residents of Lamar County Alabama further believe that since this County Commissioner votes on all matters for the whole County, that it affects the whole County, therefore also affecting citizens of the whole County. Further therefore, we the undersigned residents of Lamar County believe District 2 County Commissioner never should have been allowed to stay in office and request that he immediately resign as District 2 County Commissioner.
