With almost half of Florida voters undecided, there must be a debate for the GOP gubernatorial candidates.
As young Republicans, we are tired of politically powerful individuals selecting a candidate, and then saying nothing when that candidate snubs the opportunity to answer questions that matter to average Floridians.
If a candidate will only accept money and endorsements, but refuse to dialogue in a competitive election, we do not need that person as
governor. We didn't join the process to see candidates anointed behind closed doors.
> Floridians deserve a cross-examination of all major candidates to make an informed vote in the August 18 primary.
Americans for centuries have guided the nation through tumultuous times by pursuing Truth through open dialogue. The Republican Party should not shy away from free speech and conversation; they
must embrace them.
