The Pursuit of a Just and Honest Election

The Pursuit of a Just and Honest Election

Petition to the State Legislatures of the Battleground States Regarding the Presidential Election of November 3, 2020:

We the People of the United States,

Given that we believe that there is evidence of massive fraud and improprieties in the Presidential Election of November 3, 2020 (henceforth referred to as the ‘Election’), as alleged by many, including, but not confined to, what is known as the Navarro Report, “The Immaculate Deception: Six Key Dimensions of Election Irregularities”;

Given that too many allegations of fraud and improprieties remain to move forward with the certification of Joe Biden as President without thorough investigation of the evidence;

Given that we believe that the occurrence of fraud and improprieties will be shown to be great enough to turn the Election from a Joe Biden victory to a Donald Trump victory;

Given that we believe that it will be shown that Donald Trump secured a substantial victory in the Election, once only the legal votes are counted;

Given that we believe that this Election is a watershed election in the history of the United States of America, one that may well set the tone for the political climate and our national direction for the next generation; and,

Given that Article II, Section 1.2, of the United States Constitution confers on State Legislatures the sole right of making State laws regarding the election of the President of the United States, and of regulating and choosing electors for presidential elections;

Do appeal to and call on each State Legislature in the battleground states of Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin:

BEFORE THE CONVENING OF THE U.S. CONGRESS TO VALIDATE THE ELECTION

  1. To act immediately and decisively, in accordance with the U.S. Constitution, your State Constitution, and State law, to actively take control of the electoral process in your State (and, if the Legislature is currently not in session, to immediately call the State Legislature back into session or request that the Governor do so when State law so dictates) for the purpose of reviewing the results of the Election for a fresh determination of your State’s legal electors;

  2. To immediately order that all existent Election results and data, regardless of its form or the media on which it was preserved (paper or digital), be kept and made available for thorough public scrutiny for the purposes of accountability and investigative inquiry;

  3. To immediately and thoroughly investigate, by all means necessary by using the evidence currently available, all allegations of fraud and impropriety in the Election within your State;

  4. As thoroughly as possible given current time constraints, to conduct forensic audits of all votes counted in this Election (where this has not been done), to thoroughly examine all voting machines and software used in the Election in your State for the purpose of discovering voting tallies and processes that are not just and equitable, to perform any other actions that will result in a just and equitable Election outcome, and to conduct signature audits to accurately verify legal ballots while disqualifying illegal ballots from the Election;

  5. After completing the processes set forth in Points 1 through 4, and once the determination has been made of which presidential candidate won the popular vote in your State, as determined only by legal votes cast, to accordingly affirm either the electors sent by the Governor for Joe Biden or the alternate group in favor of President Trump, and to decertify the group not chosen;

AFTER THE CONVENING OF THE U.S. CONGRESS TO VALIDATE THE ELECTION

  1. To review and reaffirm your State election laws and processes, insofar as they do not violate your State Constitution, nor the United States Constitution, and to renounce and reform these election laws and processes where they have violated these Constitutions; and where they have been shown to open the door to fraud and improprieties in this Election, to remedy such discovered fraud and improprieties, both in written statute and by provision for proper accountability and oversight of the lawful execution of those statutes, and in order to create accurate and honest vote tallies, a secure chain of custody, and appropriate, effective observation by both major political parties during the election process to prevent their recurrence in future presidential elections;

  2. Pursuant to Point #6 above, to only allow in-person, paper ballots, the only exception to in-person voting being the use of absentee ballots mailed directly to eligible citizens (and this only when current, properly registered citizens of your State have produced appropriate proof of residency within your State, according to State statute, and have requested an absentee ballot for an upcoming election and/or for elections in perpetuity as long as they live at the same address), and to refuse the allowance of unsecured mail-in ballots and the use of unsecured drop boxes;

  3. To call for and conduct an exhaustive, ongoing examination of and investigation into every voting machine used in the Election in your State, in order to discover coding and other methods used for committing fraud, and to eliminate the use of such machines that have the ability to allow the switching of votes between candidates, differing weights in the value of votes between opposing candidates, the ability to connect to the Internet (allowing the vote to be manipulated and controlled by outside, even foreign, interests), and any other methods allowing for and/or facilitating fraudulent voting activity and/or outside manipulation of the vote; and,

  4. To continue to look thoroughly into all allegations of fraud and impropriety in the Election, including via the use of public hearings (as some States have already done), and to fully support the prosecution of those who have committed crimes of fraud and impropriety in this Election and in previous elections, according to Federal and State statutes of limitations.

Furthermore, we call on the State Legislature of Georgia:

  1. For the purposes of holding honest and true run-off elections for the two State Senate seats currently scheduled for January 5 (between Kelly Loeffler and Raphael Warnock, and between David Perdue and Jon Ossoff), and in compliance with Points 6 through 9 above, to immediately act to reform your state election laws and processes to conform to the dictates of the U.S. Constitution, your State Constitution, and compliant State Law, in order to restrict voting to in-person, paper ballots (except for the use of absentee ballots by eligible persons), and to reject all unsecured mail-in balloting in these and all subsequent elections, in order to ensure that they are fair and lawful; and,

  2. As responsibility to the citizens of Georgia and to those of the U.S. Republic as a whole dictates, to seek a Court Order postponing this election until it can be run fairly and securely if that becomes the appropriate action, given the importance of these run-off elections to the future of this country.
