Petition to House of Representatives

Repeal the NFA

Repeal the NFA

By passing H.R. 450 and repealing the National Firearms Act of 1934, an unnecessary infringement on the Second Amendment rights of the American people will be removed. This bill will remove the long list of arbitrary and difficult restrictions imposed on certain firearms and accessories, as well as the justifications for federal agents to execute unreasonable search and seizure by breaking into the homes of private citizens in search of office supplies they deem "machine guns". This bill will also remove a tax which is unconstitutional since it has no connection with the census. The passage of this bill is vital for any who still support the Constitution of the United States of America.
