Leadership Change at RCLC

Please sign this request for Leadership Transition in the Republican Party of Lancaster:

Dear Chairman Radanovic,
We are writing to formally request your resignation from your position as Chair of the Republican Party of Lancaster County. This decision does not come lightly, and it reflects a sincere desire to activate the party as we face increasingly competitive and critical electoral cycles.

Your leadership over the years has been appreciated, particularly your contributions in strengthening our fundraising capabilities. However, we believe the time has come for new leadership—leadership that can reinvigorate our grassroots efforts and better align Republican voters throughout the county.

While there have been notable successes, we remain concerned about several developments that we believe signal a need for change:

• The loss of the 36th Senate seat to a Democrat in a +23 Republican district
• School board flips in both Manheim Township and Hempfield
• The loss of the 99th District in 2022 and 2024
• A public and divisive dispute over judicial candidates
• Tight primary race for the former Speaker of the House
• Your limited participation during the 2024 election including regional and Trump events

These outcomes suggest that the current leadership has struggled to activate and unify the Republican base at a time when our county is seeing increasing liberal influence.
We acknowledge that the role of Chair is a demanding volunteer position that requires immense dedication and often comes at personal sacrifice. We are grateful for the time, energy, and passion you have devoted over the past years. Your service has laid important groundwork, and we hope you will continue to remain involved and engaged as a valued member of our community.
