Petition to S.C. State Senate

Constitutional Carry Redress

Constitutional Carry Redress
968 view

We, the people of the state of South Carolina, having recently made known our collective will to our state representatives and senators regarding the right of Constitutional Carry, demand an immediate redress. Representatives and senators publicly admitted they were inundated with calls and emails requesting the passage of legislation to restore our God-given right to carry firearms, both for self-protection and the defense of our Constitutional form of government, without permission, license, or preconditions. However, a number of legislators characterized these communications as coming from a "vocal minority" and chose to ignore our voices. We demand that all representatives and senators who defied the will of the people immediately resign their offices, as they have ceased to represent us and violated their oaths of office.
