A Declaration of Restoration

When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to restore the legitimacy of the political bands which have connected them with each other, and to regain among the powers of the earth, the station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the necessity of the restoration.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right, it is the Duty of the People to restore that formerly legitimate, consented to government to its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to affect their Safety and Happiness.

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by restoring the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such illegitimate Government, and to restore those Guards for their future security.--Such has been the patient sufferance of the citizens; and such is now the necessity which compels them to restore their former Systems of Government. The history of the present government is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over the Citizens. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.

Proclamation of Facts The Government allowed for the theft of national, state and local elections

The Government knowingly ignored laws in order to facilitate that theft

The Government knowingly allowed foreign actors to interfere in our elections and constitutional Government

The Government knowingly ignored their oaths of fealty to the Constitution

The Government knowingly colluded with The Media, Big Tech and Finance to subvert the Constitution

The Government has knowingly failed to protect our borders

The Government knowingly directly suppressed and allowed others to suppress speech

The Government knowingly has eliminated the boundaries placed upon it in Article One, Section Eight of the Constitution

The Courts are knowingly, legislating both actively and by omission

The Executive Branch is knowingly unconstitutionally encroaching on the legislative branch through Executive Orders and the bureaucracy

The Bureaucracy through its unconstitutional unions is wholly unaccountable

The Government is seizing property without just compensation as guaranteed in the Fifth Amendment

The Government is contemplating new states in violation of Articles One and Four of the Constitution

The Government is knowingly threatening the citizenry’s right to bear arms

The Government is knowingly ignoring the right to face your accuser as guaranteed in the 6th Amendment to the Constitution

The Government is knowingly instituting a democratic form of Government in direct violation of Article Four of the Constitution

The Government is contemplating Bills of Attainder contemplated against individuals and groups of individuals in direct violation of Article One of the Constitution

The Government has knowingly given foreign aid for the purpose of political graft

The Government has knowingly utilized the Intelligence community against the citizenry and wholly ignored the equal application of the law

In every stage of these Oppressions, We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A government whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our current government. We have warned them of attempts by the legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of our Constitution and God-Given unalienable rights. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our restoration, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.

We, therefore, the Citizens of the United States of America, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good citizenry solemnly publish and declare, That we citizens are, and of Right are asserting that we have not, and do not consent to this government; that we are insisting upon a restoration of our constitutional government, and that free and fair elections be re-held in order to have the government reclaim and restore its legitimacy. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.

Abstract

Whereas the citizens of the United States of America are currently being ruled by an illegitimate government, it is the obligation of those citizens to restore legitimacy and Constitutional Rule.

Now therefore; the 75 million Americans that make up our current patriotic movement have openly organized around a concise plan and are demanding a special election be held for all federal, state, and local elections that were held on November 3, 2020 and the Georgia senatorial runoff election. This special election will be held on a date certain, in person, with identification and with paper ballots only, void of any mechanical or electronic tabulators.

Additionally, a full criminal audit of our intelligence communities and the interactions with congress, members of the media, press and any members of previous administrations be held related to their interference in the 2016 and 2020 elections. This investigation shall be held by the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and be led by LTG Michael Flynn USA (Ret.). This investigation shall be completed within 6 months and all documents and interviews required shall be immediately provided.

In addition to the above investigation a complete forensic audit shall take place on the entirety of the November 3, 2020 election to include all domestic and foreign irregularities. This investigation shall be led by Sidney Powell. Furthermore, the citizenry of the United States are imploring each of our state legislatures to hold a simple “up or down vote” to hold an Article Five Convention of the States for the sole purpose of shoring up the weaknesses that have encroached overtime into our Constitution.

The undersigned are pledging their commitment to the above effort, the overriding principles in the Declaration of Restoration and are committed to recruiting others for the cause, and to, when possible helping to finance to help defray and costs incurred.

Additionally the undersigned have taken the following Oath: "I, (Full Name), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God"
