Impeachment of Secretary of Homeland Security, Alejandro Mayorkas

We, the LEGAL citizens of the sovereign United States, demand the swift impeachment of Alejandro Nicholas Mayorkas, Secretary of Homeland Security, for treasonous high crimes, misdemeanors, intentional deception, and failure to perform and uphold the sworn duties to protect the citizens of the United States.

A RESOLUTION DEMANDING THE IMPEACHMENT OF ALEJANDRO NICHOLAS MAYORKAS

WHEREAS, known criminal illegal aliens are continuously and intentionally released throughout the United States; and

WHEREAS, against the recommendation of the FBI, illegal aliens currently on the terrorist watch list continue to purposely be released into the general American population; and

WHEREAS, the Supreme Court ruling on August 24th, 2021, required the Biden Administration & the Secretary of Homeland Security, Alejandro Nicholas Mayorkas, to reinstate the MPP (Remain in Mexico Policy), yet the blatant disregard of the order continues; and

WHEREAS, Title 42 policy has been mostly ignored, causing outrageous spikes in COVID-19, particularly among Border Patrol Agents, along with exposing United States citizens to various debilitating and deadly diseases such as Dengue Fever; and

WHEREAS, an apparent and alarming disregard for the safety, health and morale of those who bravely serve to protect our sovereign borders in CBP & law enforcement uniforms; and

WHEREAS, illegal aliens, including single adult males & unaccompanied minors, are secretly transported into sovereign states without notice or authorization by state officials with the use of unapproved taxpayer funds; and

WHEREAS, unaccompanied minors have been lost, exploited, raped, molested, and released to unvetted sponsors due to the failures of the Biden Administration & Alejandro Nicholas Mayorkas; and

WHEREAS, fentanyl, methamphetamines & other deadly drugs are infiltrating the border at unprecedented levels, leading to a steep and horrific increase in drug related overdose deaths, particularly in unassuming American youth population; and

WHEREAS, the overwhelming number of illegal aliens entering the United States over the border with known violent gang affiliations are at all-time highs; and

WHEREAS, the open border policies, lack of succinct orders, and disregard for the massive negative consequences of such policies are unsustainable and a clear danger to the safety and well-being of every American citizen,

WHEREAS, a blatant disregard of the safety of manipulated illegal aliens, particularly children, is encouraged and induced by the Biden administration and Alejandro Nicholas Mayorkas, which continues to result in a completely avoidable humanitarian crisis.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that by the demand of the below signed LEGAL citizens of these United Sovereign States, demand the immediate removal of Alejandro Nicholas Mayorkas from the Office of the Secretary of Homeland Security,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a thorough and prompt investigation of the failures and treasonous acts of such crimes mentioned above begin IMMEDIATELY.
