On Feb. 7, 2024, Colorado State Senator **Bob Gardner** and State Senator **Kevin Van Winkle** voted 'No' on **The Child Sexual Abuse Accountability Amendment**.
**Bob Gardner** and **Kevin Van Winkle** failed children who have been sex-trafficked. They failed children who are victims of sexual exploitation. They failed *their moral obligation* to protect our precious children from abusers.
