STOP SEX-BUTCHERING of South Dakota Kids, Petition to support HB 1080, 2023 Session of South Dakota Legislature

HB 1080 is a bill in the 2023 Legislative Session to ban the use of puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones and gender-assignment surgery in minors in South Dakota. Its Prime sponsor is Representative Bethany Soye.

The Bill must make it through the House Committee on Health and the House floor; and then make it through the difficult Senate Committee on Health and the Senate Floor.
